As part of our exploration in new fields of knowledge, the development of educational curricula covering the subjects has become one of our objectives. An ALT initiative documents and publishes resources, materials, exercises, etc. that will enable future educators to use it on their classes. This buildingblock offers guidelines on how this publication could be made while encouraging the creativity to find new ways for the publication to be done.
The maxim's of ALT's Open Content policy are:
To each, what each creates
All content is owned and copyrighted by the original author(s).
All participants share freely what they create
All content published must be licensed under a CC Share Alike license.
Give credit where credit is due
Credit all authors for the fruits of their work.
Content may not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstance.
Printed copies of the content must point out the online resources used for their creation.
When published in the first time curricula are beta versions to be openly edited.
When the curricula are developed, we need educators willing and learning to implement them, in the line of thinking of the buildingbloack “Teach the teachers”.
